Between running errands with his band, Ra Ra Riot, guitarist Milo Bonacci found a few minutes to talk about tonight's show at Mojo's in Jamestown - the group's first since returning to the U.S.
More than just another tour for the Syracuse-based quintet, the set of dates that start tonight and run through October are the first the band's members have played in the U.S. since magazines like Rolling Stone and Spin started raving about their debut full-length for Barsuk Records, "The Rhumb Line."
"I think we're all kind of curious to see what sort of effect, if any, this press and releasing an album will have on our shows and on the tour as a whole," Bonacci said. "So yeah, I guess tonight is the test. Tonight is the first U.S. date of the tour and we're curious."
